About The Position
Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This is a Full Time position with a Monday – Friday schedule and a 6-7am start. The role covers a route including Santa Cruz, Moss Landing, Castroville, Watsonville, Los Gatos, Prunedale and surrounding communities. The hourly pay rate is $31.46 - $39.32 plus monthly incentives. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience.
- Must have reliable automobile transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Pursues new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customers within an assigned territory for the On Premise and Foodservice market segment.
- Works directly with local and national account business owners and managers to grow their existing beverage sales volume and gross profits.
- Ensures account and customer standards are met, including proper point-of-sale execution, proper maintenance of company assets, company merchandising standards, product rotation, and customer compliance.
- Works with cross-functional teams within the company as needed to meet business objectives.
