About The Position

Mirakl is a leader in the platform economy, empowering businesses to launch, scale, and operate marketplaces. The Mirakl Connect team focuses on AI-powered multichannel selling, connecting brands and sellers to powerful marketplace platforms to help them reach new audiences, accelerate growth, and reduce operational complexity. This role is part of the US Account Management sales team and will focus on the US market for Mirakl Connect.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial roles within SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
  • Proven track record of owning renewal and expansion targets with consistent quota attainment.
  • Commercial acumen with strong deal execution, value-based storytelling, and confident negotiation skills.
  • Data fluency – able to interpret marketplace performance metrics and turn them into clear, actionable client recommendations.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing a large portfolio of accounts in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Collaborative by nature, with a structured approach to cross-functional problem-solving.
  • Fluent English (C2 level required).

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with marketplace or channel management platforms (e.g., Mirakl, Rithum/ChannelAdvisor, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own recurring revenue targets for the US portfolio, including securing timely renewals, accurate forecasting, and proactive churn risk management.
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities by building business cases and negotiating deals.
  • Grow Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) through channel and market activation, catalog improvements, and package tier upgrades.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for assigned clients, tracking health metrics and providing recommendations on assortment, pricing, and promotions.
  • Deliver performance insights and benchmarking to clients.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues in collaboration with the Support team.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, RevOps, and marketplace/retailer teams on lifecycle campaigns, promotional initiatives, and strategic account planning.
  • Capture customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and improve client experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including renewal notes, upsell pipeline, and activity logs.
