About The Position

The Account Manager, Media Sales drives revenue growth by managing and expanding client accounts while leading strategic media planning and technical campaign execution across omnichannel platforms. This role serves as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into robust media plans that deliver measurable performance outcomes. The role combines consultative selling, analytics, and hands-on campaign management to ensure seamless execution, optimization, and impactful performance reporting. Success is measured by client retention and growth, campaign effectiveness, and overall revenue contributions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 2-4 years Advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
  • Advertising Sales: Experience with advertising sales and media account management. (Required)
  • Digital Strategy: Understanding of the industry's challenges, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advancing forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. (Required)
  • Direct Sales: Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. (Required)
  • Competitive Analysis: Effective organizational, analytical and influencing skills. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present data-driven media strategies, including audience targeting, channel mix, budget allocation, and performance forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lead all aspects of end-to-end campaign execution with operations team, including trafficking coordination, measurement setup and pacing.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and deliver proactive optimization recommendations.
  • Lead performance reporting, including recurring updates and comprehensive wrap reports with actionable insights and ROI analysis.
  • Translate campaign results into strategic recommendations to inform future planning and drive upsell opportunities.
