In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for converting fast-growing volume of digital leads into sales, as well as have sales responsibility for select customers (small/transactional) and select industries/segments, with a greater focus on Animal Nutrition & Silage. You will also qualify, and handle leads from new prospects, drive leads all the way to sales for certain industries/customers, and help generate new leads by collaborating in campaigns for digital customer acquisition plays (CAPs). In this role you’ll make an impact by: Managing sales & profitability responsibility for selected industry accounts across North America Being closely involved in the budgeting and planning processes Driving implementation of new customer segmentation model Managing leads and driving them through the sales pipeline Capturing customer feedback and optimizing the engagement model Adopting digital tools and services (Salesforce, Chatbots, Marketplace etc) for remote sales and service differentiation Engaging actively with Strategy Deployment, CxT & Regional Inside Sales counterparts to co-create the Novonesis Inside Sales engine

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Life Sciences, preferably Animal Nutrition or related degrees
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in animal nutrition, with science background, preferably biosolutions
  • Basic understanding of biosolutions and animal nutrition
  • Strong understanding and adoption of Novonesis digital solutions
  • Metrics-driven approach and data orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Data Insights
  • Proficiency in English
