About The Position

Our client company BlueFocus is a leading global marketing and communications group supporting brands in their international expansion. The European division of my client works with clients across automotive, consumer electronics, energy, technology, and lifestyle industries, delivering integrated marketing, PR, influencer, and activation solutions. To strengthen our on-the-ground capabilities in the German market, my client is looking for an Account Manager (Influencer Marketing) who can support local project execution, develop market resources, and serve as a key operational extension of our regional team.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in influencer marketing
• Native-level German and fluent English
• Experience sourcing and managing German influencers directly
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience in consumer electronics / tech / 3C industries
• Existing direct relationships with German influencers or creator networks
• Experience working in a marketing agency or integrated marketing environment
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and manage influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approval, and reporting
• Manage campaign timelines and ensure high-quality content delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with German influencers, creators, and talent agencies
• Develop and maintain a local influencer database across different verticals
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and pricing with creators
• Communicate directly with clients regarding campaign progress, timelines, and results
• Support campaign planning and provide influencer recommendations based on campaign goals
• Prepare reports and insights on campaign performance
• Track trends in the German social media and influencer landscape
• Identify emerging creators and relevant communities for brand collaborations
• Support additional projects in the German market when needed, including marketing campaigns, local partnerships, and other business initiatives.
