Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of industrial water treatment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client management and team coordination.
Ability to interpret water analysis data and recommend effective solutions.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and service teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education).
5+ years of experience in industrial water treatment, focusing on cooling towers, boilers, and related systems.
Proven track record in account management and sales growth within the industrial or chemical sectors.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing technical expertise and responsive service.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service reports, and sales activities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations for new and existing clients.
Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling water treatment solutions, including those for cooling towers, boilers, and other various water treatment systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial water treatment systems.
Direct and coordinate service technicians to ensure timely, effective service delivery.
Perform water analysis, interpret data, and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and compliance.
Deliver on-site training to client staff on proper system operation and maintenance.
