Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B environment
  • Proven experience in Sales
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of the industry and products/services offered by JBT is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales goals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products to effectively position our offerings
  • Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate sales reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience
