The Account Manager III is accountable for delivering excellent and efficient service through day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts. Successfully achieve client retention goals, effectively and consistently ensuring client satisfaction. Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, trust, respect, and teamwork while focusing on continuous improvement. The Account Manager III will serve as a mentor to the Account Manager I, provide direction to Account Manager Assistants I and/or II(s), and support Producers. The Account Manager II uses discretion and judgment in determining coverage needs for clients and in carrier and client negotiations.
