Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required
  • 3+ years of account management experience required
  • Strong relationship management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep client management experience.
  • Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed Insurance Agent [Massachusetts] preferred

Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains relationships in order to grow business.
  • Acts as a customer advocate in providing assistance to resolve client's issues.
  • Proactively assess client’s needs and develop solutions to exceed client expectations.
  • Develops annual account plans and recommends strategies for account growth and retention.
  • Coordinates with account support teams and other internal departments as necessary to resolve client issues.
