The Account Manager II will provide excellent customer service, engaging face-to-face with members, demonstrating financial industry expertise to build trust, and asking exploratory questions to understand member goals and needs. The role involves collaborating with members to provide financial advice and create plans to help them achieve their financial goals, ultimately increasing member loyalty and business with Vancity, consistent with branch objectives. This is a Temporary, Full-time role based at the Burnaby Heights Community Branch and reports to the Assistant Branch Manager.
