This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate handling of partner inquiries, dispute resolution, and biller onboarding submissions while delivering a seamless partner experience. The Account Manager will also lead the analysis and reporting of operational issues, identifying trends and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams.
