About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-facing Account Manager to support key strategic partners with a strong focus on operational execution and responsiveness. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate handling of partner inquiries, dispute resolution, and biller onboarding submissions while delivering a seamless partner experience. The Account Manager will also lead the analysis and reporting of operational issues, identifying trends and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams. Success in this role requires a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and diligence in documentation to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years account management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be willing to travel 5-10%
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex customer needs, problem-solve, and drive proactive solutions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal & external teams, including product, finance, and operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational liaison for strategic partners
  • Provide timely responses to partner inquiries, disputes, and onboarding submissions
  • Coordinate internally to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of issues
  • Track and manage biller onboarding workflows, timelines, and documentation
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous operational improvements
  • Maintain detailed documentation, status trackers, and communication logs
