About The Position

Blackhawk Network (BHN) is a global leader in branded payment solutions, operating a single platform that enables businesses to issue and distribute gift cards, egifts, corporate payouts, and rewards. BHN's network comprises over 400,000 consumer touchpoints, helping businesses enhance revenue, customer loyalty, and employee motivation. This position can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States, with the exception of Alaska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Employees within 50 miles of a BHN office are classified as "Hybrid" and are required to work in the office two days per week according to the office schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • 2+ years Client Services / customer service / sales environment.
  • 2+ years experience leading cross-functional account teams for high profile, high volume, complex accounts
  • Solid business writing skills, experienced with proposals, presentations, project plans and business correspondence
  • Proven experience in diverse internal systems and system processing and problem resolution
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to lead project/account teams and to manage client relationships
  • Self directed with strong analytical, project management and leadership skills
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products
  • Some travel required
  • Candidates who have successfully implemented and utilized AI tools to enhance their work, improve processes, or deliver measurable results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Project a plus

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project management of all client implementations, including coordination of onboarding activities with internal departments such as Finance, Production/Operations, IT, Branding, Product Management, Merchant Partners, Legal, and Client Services.
  • Responsible for effective client relationship management by proactively communicating with clients, identifying and prioritizing client issues/concerns, and coordinating with appropriate internal departments to provide responses and/or solutions.
  • Act as the central point of contact for ongoing program management needs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction with InteliSpend products and services.
  • Work cross-functionally to execute on individual client strategies to identify opportunities for increased retention and penetration.
  • Develop and present client partnership reviews, Voice of the Customer Surveys, and monthly contact strategies on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage custom client inventory and program renewals, working with the client on forecasts and providing updates to internal Production team members.
  • Make independent decisions utilizing past and projected order history to balance inventory quantity, ensuring order fulfillment without creating excess inventory/cost.
  • Manage compliance process and procedures to ensure Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Payment Card Industry (PCI) data collection and data handling procedures are followed.
  • For CDD, collect client or Authorized Reseller information, interact with Risk on the data collection process and procedures, and communicate requirements to clients and Authorized Resellers.
  • For PCI, manage compliance with PCI standards by adhering to all corporate policies and communicating PCI guidelines to clients as they relate to card account information.
  • Provide Account Management subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams regarding ongoing system enhancements, product launches, and projects.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
