About The Position

Wise Foods is seeking an Account Manager II to develop all AC F&S business with key accounts to deliver growth and profitability for the company. This role involves working with accounts to control PPA while developing and executing marketing programs. The accounts managed should be in excess of $10M total. The Account Manager will collaborate with the operation team to plan and execute all programs to meet set goals and objectives. This position also requires leadership within the account team to foster new ideas and programs that will drive account growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Basic Spanish
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in Advertising Sales Across Various Media
  • 2 to 5 years' experience as a General Manager
  • 2 to 5 years' experience as a Territory Sales Manager with CPG companies
  • 2 to 5 years' experience as an Account Manager/Sr Account Manager/Director of Sales with CPF

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver win-win promotional programs to all accounts to ensure profitable volume growth across all banners.
  • Engage all levels of the customers' teams from Senior Corporate Leadership to divisional decision makers to garner support for our programs.
  • Conduct joint business planning with each customer to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives, including Top-to-top meetings, regular personal sales calls, and constant contact with category managers via phone and email.
  • Effectively complete the plan-sell-execute-evaluate sales cycle for each event, selling externally as well as internally with distributor partners and Arca operations associates to ensure maximum execution against each program.
  • Create, communicate, maintain and ensure compliance on plan-o-grams within each customer to drive maximum base sales growth and ensure consumer access to the right product mix.
  • Make frequent store visits and market tours to "inspect what we expect" and communicate findings and request action by retail teams.
  • Perform any other tasks that serve to achieve the overall team goal, including selling and managing direct programs (Pallet programs, RTD programs) outside of core responsibilities.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows and other events to network and partner with current and prospective customers.
