Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative solutions. Our Account Manager II ensures clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. Facilitates positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff. Acts as the point-of-contact for larger, more complex property accounts. Manage the entire account-service process Market to carriers Prepare quotes and proposals Prepares/presents proposals to clients Participates in client meetings/presentations with Producer(s) Oversees the processing of enrollments/changes/terms Maintains renewal controls on expirations and binders Responds to/resolves escalated client issues Check policies/endorsement/audits for accuracy Coordinates premium financing and the collection of premiums Maintains accurate and organized account files
