About The Position
The Account Manager, Healthcare Janitorial Services is responsible for overseeing all janitorial and facility operations within a healthcare environment. This role manages day-to-day operations, staffing, client relationships, and compliance while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. The position also serves as the primary liaison between ABM and the client, supporting production needs, managing special projects, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. The Account Manager is responsible for a whole portfolio of business including 3 supervisors and 40-50 employees.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare janitorial services.
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations, staffing, client relationships, and compliance.
- Skills in ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
- Experience as a primary liaison between a company and a client.
- Ability to support production needs.
- Experience managing special projects.
- Skills in driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
