About The Position

Join our North American team as an Partner Manager—a high-potential role with a clear path to success. Working alongside a senior manager, you will own key initiatives from day one. This is a fast-track development opportunity, designed for a high-performer to prove their capabilities and build the foundation for a future standalone partner management position. Your mission: drive our key alliances with HPE Networking, SAP, and Accenture, while supporting our Microsoft and Google Cloud partnerships. This is your chance to master technology alliances, directly impact our sales pipeline, and build a career in a high-growth area of our business. This remote role must reside in the US, within a reasonable driving distance to a major airport. 50% travel to be expected that may include the possibility for international travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of applicable experience within a technology company (sales support, marketing, business development, channel operations).
  • A demonstrable interest in technology alliances and a clear desire to take on commercial responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • This remote role must reside in the US, within a reasonable driving distance to a major airport.
  • 50% travel to be expected that may include the possibility for international travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a role involving direct interaction with external partners or clients.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise technology landscape.
  • Direct, even if limited, experience working with SAP, Accenture, HPE, Microsoft, or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Opportunities: Own a portfolio of partner-sourced deals. You will qualify, track, and transition opportunities to our sales teams to directly impact revenue.
  • Drive Alliances: Run the daily operational execution for your assigned partners. Lead meeting cadences, own the action items, and become a trusted point of contact.
  • Execute GTM Plays: Manage joint marketing activities and sales campaigns that generate pipeline. You will own the reporting and measure what works.
  • Enable Sales Teams: Own delivery of sales tools and training. Equip Zebra and partner sellers with everything they need to win together.
  • Own Your Numbers: Master the pipeline reporting and analysis for your partnerships. Deliver the insights that drive our business reviews.
