Requirements

• 2–5 years of account management, retail sales, or food industry experience
• Understands the pace and expectations of retail customers
• Communicates professionally and confidently with buyers and customer contacts
• Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Is resilient, adaptable, and thrives under pressure
• Has experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Enjoys collaborating across departments to solve customer challenges

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned retail grocery accounts
• Forecast demand and communicate inventory availability
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to ensure exceptional execution
• Resolve deductions, claims, pricing discrepancies, and service issues
• Build customer confidence through proactive communication
• Identify opportunities to grow business and improve service
• Participate in daily sales planning and inventory discussions
• Ensure customers receive outstanding service from order through delivery
