About The Position

Jack Morton creates and builds brand experiences that drive impact. This role is within the Fleet Services team, focusing on delivering seamless exhibit and event logistics for recognized brands. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing numerous projects annually, including shipments, installations, asset management, and event execution. The role involves managing trade shows, conferences, fleet asset management, and production coordination to ensure smooth program operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and adept at solving complex logistical challenges.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in account management, project management, event operations, exhibit management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong client communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating vendors, logistics, or operational workflows is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned Fleet Services clients.
  • Manage a high volume of exhibit and event projects from order through completion.
  • Coordinate project timelines, logistics, installations, dismantles, and asset management.
  • Partner with internal teams including Estimating, Field Services, Show Services, Production, Prepress, and Operations to ensure flawless execution.
  • Prepare proposals, process orders, manage approvals, and track deliveries and returns.
  • Maintain accurate project financials, estimates, invoicing, and client inventory records.
  • Coordinate production of graphics and exhibit assets with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects comply with show regulations, client requirements, and company processes.
  • Build strong client relationships while proactively identifying solutions and resolving issues.
