Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle with car insurance.
  • Must possess a clean driving record with a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks, projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality interpersonal relationships.
  • Some experience with and knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Professional demeanor and behavior.
  • Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • General ability with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that we meet or exceed our contractual obligations to our customers by providing quality janitorial services.
  • Leads through training, client relations, scheduling, pricing, and inventory control.
  • Conducts quality control visits to ensure our customer’s needs are met.
  • Ensures work standards are in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Manages chemical and equipment inventory.
  • Prioritizes work responsibilities to give appropriate attention to all work areas in the assigned geographical area.
  • Communicates regularly with customers to ensure operational continuity, track performance, and resolve any issues.
  • Responds quickly to any client or employee complaints, requests, and issues, documenting the issue and following up to resolution.
  • Manages special project work as requested.
  • Other tasks, as assigned
