Peak Technologies is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Estimator to join our team and play a key role from first client conversation through final reconciliation. This is more than an estimating role. You’ll be the bridge between client vision, technical production, and financial strategy—building relationships while developing AV solutions that deliver on time, on budget, and at the highest level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of AV, live event, staging, entertainment production, or related experience
• Strong background in AV estimating, budgeting, and project costing
• Proven client-facing and account management experience
• Solid technical knowledge across audio, video, lighting, LED, staging, and basic rigging
• Ability to read and work with technical drawings and production documentation
• Strong Excel and project-costing/ERP skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, customer-focused, analytical approach with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%, depending on event volume

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term client relationships
• Translate event objectives into clear AV scopes and production solutions
• Develop detailed estimates covering equipment, labor, logistics, and vendors
• Own project budgets, forecasting, margins, change orders, and reconciliation
• Scope general sessions, breakouts, trade shows, and large-scale live events
• Collaborate with production, engineering, operations, vendors, and venues
• Identify creative solutions that maximize value while protecting profitability
• Support proposals, bids, presentations, and account growth
