Your Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team The Account Manager, Enterprise Sales, drives revenue growth and system-wide adoption of the Clarius Mobile Health portfolio, with a significant focus on enterprise sales across hospitals, health systems and IDNs, medical education, B2B and distribution. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and managing complex sales cycles for Clarius handheld ultrasound solutions. The Account Manager builds trusted relationships with key decision-makers, negotiates multi-year agreements, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver value-based solutions This is a remote role with up to 50 percent travel. We have multiple positions, hiring in Texas and Florida.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 3-5 years of successful capital imaging equipment, software, or clinical sales experience, preferably with Enterprise or government accounts
  • Experience with high-value, complex sales cycles
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Experience with sales quotas, forecasting, and a track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Understanding of the ultrasound and medical imaging industry and basic clinical knowledge of anatomy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to develop strategic client partnerships
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to work independently while following strategic guidelines in specific markets
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise-level opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and IDNs, medical education, B2B and distribution.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for handheld ultrasound product lines.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers (procurement teams, B2B partnerships, C-suite executives).
  • Lead complex negotiations, including multi-year agreements, pricing models, and partnership structures.
  • Partner with clinical specialists, marketing, and product teams to deliver compelling demos, proposals, and value-based selling approaches.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM updates, and regular business reviews with leadership.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close strategic partnerships with multi-site B2B organizations to expand sales and drive scalable adoption of the Clarius Mobile Health portfolio. Build and manage a pipeline of high-value partners, negotiate and finalize agreements, and ensure smooth, streamlined integration of our products into partner operations.
  • Identify and manage relationships with distributors and channel partners to expand market access and accelerate adoption.
  • Partner with universities, teaching hospitals, and training organizations to embed ultrasound into medical education and continuous learning programs.
  • Explore co-marketing and co-education opportunities that strengthen the brand and drive adoption.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle; travel up to 50% is required
