As an Account Manager in Employee Benefits, you’ll be part of a team that’s committed to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. You’ll work with clients of all sizes, helping them navigate their insurance needs and find the best solutions. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of small group accounts, ensuring clients receive the care and attention they deserve. You’ll lead the renewal process, working closely with colleagues to deliver tailored solutions on time. You’ll also build strong relationships with clients, becoming their go-to person for advice and support.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years in client service or claims management).
  • Client service experience.
  • An active Life & Health license.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A knack for using technology to stay productive and deliver quality work.
  • High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small group accounts, ensuring clients receive the care and attention they deserve.
  • Lead the renewal process, working closely with colleagues to deliver tailored solutions on time.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, becoming their go-to person for advice and support.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide the right solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth account management.
  • Support Producers and Account Executives to deliver excellent service.
  • Travel occasionally to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
