This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone. The role supports the Shared Services team, providing temporary service support to other IOA account teams and account management support to new producers during their first 3-6 months. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction/contractor and real estate industries. While the position is remote, individuals within a 50-mile radius of a branch location may be required to work onsite in a hybrid capacity if business needs arise. A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is required for remote work, and it is not a substitute for personal responsibilities during working hours. The Account Manager will manage an assigned book of business, focusing on account retention and supporting new business. This involves coordinating daily administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring accuracy.
