Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit team. With over 20 years of industry experience, the company specializes in providing comprehensive insurance solutions, including Property & Casualty (P&C) coverage, with a focus on construction, family offices, and contractors. This is a true service-oriented role where you will manage accounts from A to Z, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
Proficiency in Epic agency management software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

10 years of experience in commercial lines account management preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including construction, family office, and contractor accounts.
Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, cross-selling, and addressing client inquiries.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Utilize agency management software (preferably Epic) and Excel to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
