In this Account Manager role, you will support and manage a diverse commercial client portfolio, delivering high-quality commercial service with accuracy and care. You will partner closely with risk advisors to ensure commercial accounts are proactively serviced, renewals are successful, and coverage solutions align with client goals. Your attention to detail and understanding of industry products will be essential to strengthening client relationships. At Towne Insurance, culture matters. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, alongside experienced commercial professionals who value teamwork and mentorship.

Requirements

Active property and casualty license.
Prior experience supporting commercial accounts within an insurance agency or brokerage.
Strong organization skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft products.
Commitment to accuracy, follow-through, and customer service excellence.
