Account Manager, Commercial Lines

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Entertainment team. Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and partner insurance carriers.
Requirements
- high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
- at least 5+ years of related insurance experience within the Entertainment space
- currently licensed and in good standing
- the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- manage the entire account-service process
- market to carriers, negotiate rates and terms
- prepare quotes and proposals
- assist with client presentations, as needed
- manage certificates/endorsements/audits/billing, etc.
