At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Commercial Agribusiness team. In this role, you’ll help clients solve challenges and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure every client interaction is meaningful and impactful. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
  • Willingness to obtain P&C License.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the renewal process by compiling information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions to ensuring proper coverage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely responses and strong customer service
  • Support your team in addressing client risk management needs through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems and performing audits
  • Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and deliver quality results.
  • Mentor junior team members by providing transparent feedback, encouraging continuous learning, and fostering professional growth.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.
