The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial landscape maintenance portfolio generating $1.5–$2M in annual general service revenue. This is a client-facing role with full accountability for customer retention, landscape quality, P&L performance, and enhancement sales across an assigned property portfolio. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all clients in the portfolio and works closely with production management and field operations to ensure contractual obligations are met and service standards are consistently upheld. The ideal candidate is an experienced commercial landscape professional with demonstrated success in client relationship management, quality oversight, and financial performance. This role requires someone equally comfortable in a boardroom presenting to a property manager and on a job site conducting a quality inspection.
