About The Position

Oxford is seeking an organized and highly motivated Account Manager to join our growing Revenue Team. This key contributor will serve as a critical link between clients, brokers, and the company, providing exceptional service and support, while reporting to one of our Senior Account Executives. The position requires a proactive approach to client and broker management, handling both new business and renewal policies and servicing needs, and maintaining comprehensive documentation while adhering to important deadlines and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, thrive in a dynamic, client-focused, fast-paced environment, and excel in providing personalized service. Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in captive and/or commercial Property/Casualty insurance required.
  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Active P&C insurance license or the ability to obtain one within the initial 90 days of employment.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Insurance Designations: strongly preferred, including but not limited to CPCU, AU, ARM, ACI, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the new business and renewal process, including applications, developing loss summaries, pricing indications, quotes, and proposals
  • Respond promptly and courteously to all client and broker/producer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive new business and retain renewal revenue.
  • Coordinate with brokers and clients on policy coverage, changes, and exclusions.
  • Review and analyze Loss Runs from various carriers to succinctly summarize the claims portfolio of an insured.
  • Review policies and all related documentation for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist clients and brokers with coverage changes, binders, and endorsements, using each contact as an opportunity to review needs and cross-sell appropriate services.
  • Work with the teams lead by the Chief Revenue Officer to develop and implement ongoing client retention initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records, including documentation, communications, and transactions.
  • Renew policies following agency standards, verify each renewal’s accuracy, and ensure all renewals are processed and billed correctly. Facilitate corrections as necessary and deliver proposals when needed.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, new products, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
  • Utilize the Salesforce platform for input, documentation, and performing technical tasks to expedite client service and maintain standards of compliance.
  • Provide clear answers to clients and/or Brokers for questions received.
  • Initiate the drafting of policies forms, declarations, notices and endorsements using both ISO and manuscript forms.
  • Prepare and review related documentation, including policies, reinsurance and service contracts, feasibility analysis charts, loss runs, annual meeting documents, financial statements, and billing inputs.
  • Maintain relationships with various service providers, including independent auditors, actuaries, attorneys, TPAs, carriers/reinsurers, reinsurance brokers, and fronting carriers.
  • Coordinate with the claims department to obtain loss data as needed.
  • Have working proficiency in the acceptable usage and application of various AI tools.
