About The Position

The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of influencer sponsorships and digital advertising campaigns while proactively identifying renewal and revenue expansion opportunities. This role is primarily internally focused, partnering closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Influencer Partnerships, Creative, and Analytics teams to deliver campaigns accurately, on time, and in alignment with contractual commitments. The Account Manager does not serve as the primary strategic client contact but plays a critical role in supporting sellers by turning booked revenue into retained and expanded revenue. In influencer sponsorships and online advertising, operational excellence directly impacts revenue retention. This role ensures campaigns are executed flawlessly, performance data is captured accurately, and sellers are equipped with the insights needed to drive renewals and expansion.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in digital advertising, influencer marketing, media operations, or ad tech.
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, engagement rate, conversion tracking).
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns with tight timelines.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced revenue environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting revenue teams in media or ad tech organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive), influencer platforms, and ad servers.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor campaign performance and compile data-driven summaries.
  • Identify indicators for renewal, upsell, or expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare performance recaps, insights decks, and case studies for Sales use.
  • Highlight high-performing influencer content and scalable placements.
  • Support sellers with renewal documentation, performance narratives, and data validation.
  • Track delivery against booked revenue and flag at-risk campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate revenue tracking.
  • Support forecasting by identifying accounts trending toward renewal.
  • Ensure post-campaign reporting is completed promptly to accelerate renewal cycles.
