The Role We’re hiring an Account Manager to own and scale our benefit partnerships post-close. This role serves as the primary day-to-day point of contact for our partners—responsible for ensuring flawless execution of benefits, managing ongoing communications, and delivering a seamless experience for both partners and members. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Member Services, Product, and Operations to launch, maintain, and optimize partnerships at scale. This is a high-impact execution role that directly supports partner success and enables senior team members to focus on strategic growth and new partnership development. This role is critical to the success of our partner ecosystem. You will ensure that every benefit we launch is executed flawlessly, directly impacting member experience and partner satisfaction. Your work will be a key driver in scaling one of FoundersCard’s most important growth and retention channels.
