This role instills client confidence to ensure contract renewal, and drives cross-sales and service enhancements according to set targets. This role is accountable for profitability through diligent monitoring and analysis, developing market areas, and managing service crews/contractors to meet client expectations. The Account Manager also develops strategic plans, communicates progress to the sales team, and maintains industry contacts. The Account Manager serves as the secondary point of contact for escalations. The role has seasonal transitions based on summer landscaping and winter snow removal contracts. The individual will be responsible for an assigned portfolio of client locations in a specified region in Canada and/or US. Requirement for frequent travel in winter based on business needs and winter weather to coordinate vendor partner activities and maintain Strathmore quality standards. Peak travel requirements 60-70% of time in winter season (peak snow months).
