About The Position

FilterPure and Flotilla Partners are seeking a motivated Outside Account Manager / B2B Sales Representative to join our growing commercial sales team. This position is responsible for developing and managing relationships with commercial clients, property managers, contractors, municipalities, and business owners throughout Florida. We are looking for a self-driven professional who enjoys prospecting, networking, and building long-term business partnerships while expanding our commercial footprint. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced outside sales professional who enjoys traveling, developing new markets, and creating long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business-to-business relationships within assigned territories throughout Florida.
Identify opportunities with: Property Management Companies, Commercial Facilities, General Contractors, Plumbers, Municipalities, Business Owners, Industrial & Manufacturing Facilities.
Conduct on-site meetings to evaluate commercial water treatment needs.
Present customized water treatment solutions, pricing, and service agreements.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold prospecting, and strategic relationship development.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Conduct routine account visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate referrals and identify additional opportunities within existing accounts.
Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
Travel throughout Florida to support new and existing markets.
Manage daily appointments, prospecting activities, and networking events.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within CRM software.
Provide management with pipeline updates, forecasts, and market feedback.
Represent FilterPure and Flotilla Partners professionally at all times.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue objectives.
Stay informed on company products, industry trends, and commercial market opportunities.
Maintain strong communication with management regarding territory development and customer needs.
