As an Account Manager, you are responsible for growing and expanding TribalScale’s client relationships by identifying new opportunities, bringing forward strategic ideas, and elevating the value we deliver beyond active engagements. This role is focused on account growth, insight generation, and opportunity creation—not day-to-day delivery management. Our Product Managers own delivery; you will partner with them to identify what’s next. You will play a critical role in shaping new opportunities with prospective clients, driving account expansion through insight-led conversations, elevating business reviews into strategic, forward-looking discussions, and creating value-added insights and materials that strengthen client partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in a client-facing role (Account Manager, Client Success, or Account Executive) in consulting, agency, or digital services
  • Ability to connect market trends, client challenges, and product opportunities
  • Naturally identifies opportunities to expand scope and create value
  • Strong communicator with experience managing client stakeholders
  • Can synthesize ideas and insights into clear, compelling narratives
  • Comfortable building pipeline through proactive outreach
  • Interested in exploring industries, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, or strong interest in adopting AI-first ways of working

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working across both sales and delivery environments
  • Background in digital product development or consulting
  • Experience leading client business reviews or strategic discussions
  • Familiarity with industries such as financial services, media, or enterprise technology

Responsibilities

  • Support prospective clients through discovery and scoping conversations
  • Translate business challenges into digital and AI-driven opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to shape proposals
  • Contribute to clear, compelling scopes of work and client recommendations
  • Proactively identify new opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Develop and pitch ideas for: New digital products or features
  • Develop and pitch ideas for: AI-driven initiatives
  • Develop and pitch ideas for: Customer experience and process improvements
  • Build account growth plans aligned to client business priorities
  • Partner with internal teams to validate and shape opportunities before presenting to clients
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) focused on forward-looking value
  • Move beyond delivery recaps (owned by Product Managers) to: Introduce new ideas and opportunities

  • Bring structured thinking and strong storytelling to client conversations
