About The Position

We are looking for self-motivated and dynamic professionals to join our growing team at Forrest Logistics. As an After-Hours Logistics Coordinator, your focus will be on helping customers move their inventory in the most efficient and cost-effective way while working with our carriers to ensure safe and on-time deliveries. Previous logistics experience in account management and carrier relations is preferred. These shifts range starting anywhere from 3pm to 9pm.

Nice To Haves

Previous logistics experience in account management and carrier relations is preferred
Customer service or operational experience in the transportation industry preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships with customers and carriers
Responsibly manage shipments by ensuring all loads are fulfilled to expectations
Monitor and report events within a load’s lifecycle to team members and customers
Identify, communicate, and resolve any issues with shipments
Manage carrier performance and responsibilities
