About The Position

The Account Manager 2 is responsible for the sale of Dee Zee’s aftermarket products and for providing ongoing support to the assigned product distribution channel. Requirements

3+ years' field sales experience required.
Customer and client focused with a commitment to building strong relationships.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with customers.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Creative and motivated approach to sales growth and business development.

Bachelor Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple accounts as assigned and assist with order entry/inbound phone calls when necessary.
Participate in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
Work closely with outside sales representatives and customers to design strategies that promote growth.
Attend customer trade shows.
Collaborate with customer service and marketing to promote team efforts.
Design and implement training programs for customer sales team.
Develop and maintain customer and product pricing files.
Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
Drive sales growth and improve profit margins to support overall company performance.
Keep informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
