Drive Strategic Sales Growth You’ll execute account sales plans and expand existing customer relationships, directly contributing to revenue growth and the achievement of sales goals. Champion the Voice of the Customer Acting as the customer advocate, you’ll ensure their needs and feedback are heard and addressed, influencing internal strategies and service improvements. Lead Contract and Negotiation Efforts Your role in negotiating and implementing contracts will help secure favorable terms for both the customer and the organization, supporting sustainable partnerships. Resolve Operational Challenges By managing production and distribution issues, you’ll ensure smooth delivery and service execution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Support Cross-Functional Collaboration You’ll coordinate with internal stakeholders to balance inventory, service, and delivery capabilities with customer expectations, aligning operations with strategic goals. Enhance Forecasting and Planning Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and tracking progress will help the business plan effectively and respond proactively to market changes. Identify and Capitalize on New Opportunities Through business development efforts and cost reduction initiatives, you’ll uncover new opportunities and contribute to the organization’s competitive edge.
