About The Position

Our client is seeking an Account Management Lead who will be responsible for driving and maximizing revenues from assigned customers while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. The chosen candidate will serve as the primary point of contact within the organization for customers, developing sector and market expertise and taking a consultative approach to understand client business drivers and requirements. Will also have direct reports. The successful candidate will continually monitor client feedback to anticipate business needs and communicate these insights to the Product department. They will represent the company at industry events and exhibitions relevant to online gambling operators, while also providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and account status to the . Additionally, the Senior Account Manager will support the Commercial Director and other stakeholders with assigned tasks and projects, as well as produce comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years within the iGaming industry
  • Proven track record as a B2B Account Manager in the iGaming sector is essential in unregulated markets
  • Prior experience with a game provider is required
  • Experience managing a small team is ideal
  • Strong understanding of iGaming trends, products, and markets
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Understanding level of Russian language would be ideal, but not a must
  • Proven ability to manage Tier 1 customer relationships and handle challenging clients under pressure
  • Strong strategic mindset with analytical and numerical skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly evolving environment
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills to grow and manage customer accounts
  • Must have an existing client base
