About The Position

The Account Management Intern will support Uber Freight’s account management team in delivering a strong customer experience. The role offers hands-on exposure to client account operations, logistics coordination, and strategic relationship management. The intern will help maintain service excellence, support customer retention and growth initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to meet operational and strategic goals.

This is a full-time, on-site summer internship based in Rogers, Arkansas, or Chicago, Illinois. The intern is expected to work 40 hours per week from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027. The application window closes October 30; the year is not specified.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Ability to work in Rogers, AR, or Chicago, IL.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining customer account relationships to support satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support account managers with customer inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations.
• Monitor account performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support timely and accurate shipment and service execution.
• Communicate proactively and help solve problems to address customer needs.
• Analyze account data and assist in preparing performance reports and recommendations.
• Gain exposure to pricing strategies, market trends, and Transportation Management Systems.
