About The Position

At TRSS, we use global data and insights to help address the most critical threats and emerging risks. We leverage data, technology and people in partnership with government agencies, law enforcement and corporates to assess risks and protect common interests. TRSS is seeking a motivated and analytical Federal Law Enforcement and Civilian Account Management intern to support CLEAR account management on projects related to U.S. government and national security missions. In this role, you will work with TRSS Program Managers to manage key accounts that drive revenue and margin targets, and contribute to meaningful, real-world finance initiatives. You will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals across business development, analytics, and finance teams, gaining exposure to how account management and program management contribute to business success. Throughout the internship, you will build practical skills in account management, data interpretation, proposal development, and business reporting. As a FLE CIV Account Management Intern, you will: Manage CLEAR accounts with assistance from Program Managers. Track usage and develop strategies for sharing usage with clients. Communicate findings through written and oral presentation. Interact with multiple teams in a corporate setting. Work with a team of mentors to cultivate a positive internship experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in our McLean, VA office as needed.
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.2.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office suite, with a focus on Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop formal presentations in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • At least 18 years old and meet the same employment standards as permanent employees.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
