About The Position

The Account Lead position is a high-energy, results-oriented role responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding Solutech’s presence across 10–15 key healthcare accounts. This role operates as an “owner-operator” position with full responsibility for managing and growing relationships across assigned hospital systems and clinic locations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and take a proactive approach to business development, relationship management, and account growth. A significant portion of the role involves engaging directly with healthcare stakeholders, navigating complex clinical environments, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and identifying opportunities to increase service utilization and overall account performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, physician liaison roles, or healthcare sales
  • Exceptional telephonic communication skills; you must be comfortable influencing “selling”, and problem solving over the phone.
  • Familiarity with hospital and clinic workflows; understanding of the Seattle medical landscape.
  • A proactive “owner” mentality with the persistence to follow up and close growth opportunities in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 10-15 potential accounts, managing multiple clinic/hospital sites within each portfolio.
  • Execute on an account growth strategy, identifying under-penetrated sites and driving new business volume from existing relationships.
  • Maintain a consistent, high-frequency phone presence to stay top of mind with clinic managers, department heads, and administrative leads.
  • Map out internal hierarchies within hospital systems to reach the right influencers, decision makers, and buyers.
  • Track all activity and growth metrics in the CRM to provide clear visibility into your progress toward your revenue and incentive targets.
