About The Position

Kurppa Hosk is a 200+ person brand agency spanning Europe and North America. As co-founders of the international consulting collective Eidra, we help brands and organizations turn ambition into real, lasting change. We are looking for an experienced Account Lead to join our team in Chicago to lead day-to-day client partnership and oversee high-volume marketing delivery, with a focus on promotional campaigns and always-on social content. You bring structure, calm, and momentum to a fast-moving stakeholder environment—turning shifting inputs into clear briefs, smooth production, and consistently strong output. This is a client-facing role anchored in marketing operations and content delivery. You’ll guide strategy-to-execution across social channels, paid/organic campaigns, and promotional launches, ensuring the work is on-brand, on-time, and performing. This role is based in Chicago (with a commitment of 3 days onsite). As part of Eidra’s expanding U.S. footprint, you’ll help establish our reputation for creative excellence, strategy, and delivery in the American market. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management / client partnership in an agency or consultancy setting.
  • Direct experience overseeing social media content production and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management—can align many voices into one clear direction.
  • Excellent operational skills: timelines, traffic, budgets, scopes, and risk management.
  • Strong written communication (recaps, briefs, feedback consolidation, client-ready updates).
  • Confident facilitator who can lead meetings to decisions and next steps.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with paid social creative workflows and performance creative iteration.
  • Familiarity with influencer/creator content production and usage rights basics.
  • Experience building content systems (calendars, approvals, asset libraries, naming conventions).
  • Experience supporting brand launches or high-visibility promotional moments.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary day-to-day contact; build trusted relationships across stakeholders.
  • Lead status, planning, approvals, and escalation with a proactive, diplomatic approach.
  • Create clarity in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and multiple inputs.
  • Own the cross-channel content cadence (campaign bursts + always-on publishing).
  • Ensure briefs are tight, feedback is consolidated, and approvals are frictionless.
  • Maintain quality and consistency of voice, tone, and brand expression.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams (creative, copy, design, motion, creators, media).
  • Build lightweight systems: content calendars, traffic workflows, and decision logs.
  • Monitor results and learnings; translate insights into optimizations for future output.
  • Support reporting narratives that connect work to outcomes.
  • Spot opportunities to expand impact (new channels, formats, campaign ideas, tests).
  • Support proposals, SOW updates, and renewal conversations.
