As the Account Growth Manager, you will own a defined book of school accounts within an assigned Pod and will be responsible for revenue growth, retention, exclusive conversion, and successful contract renewals. This role focuses on building trusted partnerships, expanding spend, improving program adoption, identifying risk early, and increasing long-term customer value. The AGM collaborates closely with the Business Development Executive BDE (on new wins) and Customer Success Specialists CSS (on execution and experience) to ensure a cohesive customer lifecycle across the Pod. The region includes Mid-Atlantic South- TN, KY, WV, SC, NC and MO.
