About The Position

As the Account Growth Manager, you will own a defined book of school accounts within an assigned Pod and will be responsible for revenue growth, retention, exclusive conversion, and successful contract renewals. This role focuses on building trusted partnerships, expanding spend, improving program adoption, identifying risk early, and increasing long-term customer value. The AGM collaborates closely with the Business Development Executive BDE (on new wins) and Customer Success Specialists CSS (on execution and experience) to ensure a cohesive customer lifecycle across the Pod. The region includes Mid-Atlantic South- TN, KY, WV, SC, NC and MO.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates proficiency in core responsibilities and tasks within their role.
  • Works independently on routine tasks and requires limited supervision.
  • Contributes to team projects and collaborates effectively with peers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in client management, account management, inside sales, or growth-focused customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Grow year-over-year revenue across assigned accounts through strategic selling, expansion, and program optimization
  • Convert qualified non-exclusive accounts into exclusive, contracted partnerships
  • Analyze account data to identify growth drivers, risk indicators, and upsell opportunities
  • Lead renewal conversations and pricing strategy in partnership with Sales Manager
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned school leaders & program influencers
  • Conduct recurring business reviews, needs assessments, and roadmap planning
  • Gain fluency in assigned Pod’s private/parochial landscape to tailor growth approach
  • Represent Lands’ End at regional school events, association engagements, and conferences
  • Partner with BDE for seamless onboarding transition following new acquisition
  • Engage CSS in proactive planning for product, service, and operational execution
  • Provide actionable customer intelligence to product, demand planning, marketing, and merchandising
