Account Expansion Specialist

Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking an Account Expansion Specialist to grow revenue within existing customer accounts (supporting Perry & Atlanta locations). Job Summary Drive account growth by engaging existing customers, identifying service opportunities, and expanding account scope. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Service Teams to ensure opportunities are executed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service. Occasional field visits to customer locations may be required. What You’ll Do Proactively uncover upsell and expansion opportunities Review accounts, inspections, and compliance needs to identify gaps Educate customers on recommended services and solutions Generate qualified opportunities and coordinate with Sales and Operations Present proposals and follow up to close additional revenue Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking tools Report to office - conduct occasional on-site visits to scope locations and support quoting What We’re Looking For Sales, account management, or customer-facing experience Strong ability to identify and close expansion opportunities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Customer-focused with strong follow-through Independent and team-oriented CRM experience preferred Our Core Mindsets Relentless Hustle – Take ownership and deliver results Relationships First – Build trust through service and care Better Together – Collaborate to win as a team Ever Evolving – Learn, adapt, and improve About Fire Protection Services, LLC Founded in 1988, FPS was one of the first companies to combine fire sprinkler and fire protection inspections—helping clients save money while protecting property and lives.
