About The Position

Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking an Account Expansion Specialist to grow revenue within existing customer accounts. At FPS, strong relationships and exceptional service set us apart. If you enjoy building connections, uncovering opportunities, and collaborating with a high-performing team, we want you on our team. This role involves a route selling approach, visiting 30+ current customers weekly to identify opportunities for additional services. You will partner with Sales, Operations, and Service Teams to ensure opportunities are executed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Sales, account management, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong ability to identify and close expansion opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused with strong follow-through
  • Independent and team-oriented
  • CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proactively uncover upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Review accounts, inspections, and compliance needs to identify gaps
  • Educate customers on recommended services and solutions
  • Generate qualified opportunities and coordinate with Sales and Operations
  • Present proposals and follow up to close additional revenue
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking tools
