Jobber is seeking an Account Executive, Expansion to join their Sales department. This role focuses on empowering small businesses, specifically in the home service industry (plumbers, painters, landscapers), by helping them transform their operations through technology. Jobber's platform allows these businesses to quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments, enhancing customer experience. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in an outbound sales environment with commission and/or targets.
  • High energy, ability to sell in a dynamic environment with a fairly short sales cycle.
  • Driven and tenacious.
  • Ability to find solutions and think on your feet.
  • Coachable and adaptable, flexible and good with change and ambiguity.
  • Enjoy technology.
  • Strong and confident communication style, ability to actively listen and consult with customers.
  • Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a funnel of existing customers to identify opportunities for expansion through additional features and products.
  • Proactively connect with customers, providing recommendations on how to better utilize Jobber to drive their success, while driving revenue for Jobber.
  • Primarily encouraging customers to upgrade their subscription, or to add online payments software.
  • Consistently achieve results by hitting and overachieving your targets.
  • Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure feedback is communicated around initiatives, products and campaigns.
  • Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up and analytics.
