About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our New York team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a cold-calling environment and a strong ability to generate and manage their own sales pipeline. As an Account Executive at Beeks Group, you will be responsible for selling our suite of services, including Infrastructure as a Service, Analytics as a Service, Exchange Cloud, and Proximity Cloud, to new and existing clients. The role is remote and requires regular travel to New York City.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within technology, SaaS, cloud services, or financial markets
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client business drivers
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure
  • Genuine interest in technology and its application in financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a cold-calling environment and the ability to generate and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as a Service, Analytics as a Service, Exchange Cloud, and Proximity Cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting methods.
  • Identify and understand client needs, and present BEEKS Group's solutions in a compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for reaching potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position Beeks Group's services.
