About The Position

The Role As an Account Executive , you will be responsible for bringing in new business opportunities in the legal industry, specifically targeting law firms. Your primary focus will be closing revenue through multiple channels: inbound, self generated, and through outbound BDR support. You will be building and managing your pipeline, expertly identifying and solving problems for firms through problem-based/ gap selling (we will teach you this), and owning the full sales cycle from lead to close. The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota. This position is Hybrid based in La Jolla, California working in-office Monday-Wednesday, and remotely Thursday & Friday.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry and with a focus on a professional service industry. (Legal, Healthcare, Accounting, etc…)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales prospecting tools, such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Seamless AI.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, prioritize, and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Actively seek new opportunities and generate leads using a proven sales process.
  • Handle sales opportunities and all customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and an organized manner.
  • Learn the Lawmatics platform and be able to answer all customer questions to an exceptional level.
  • Conduct product demos to prospective customers, both individually and in groups.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to drive long-term business growth and customer referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to drive overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
