About The Position

Quadient is seeking ambitious, early-career talent for an Account Executive role. This position is designed as a structured pathway into a high-earning sales career, supported by world-class training, mentorship, and opportunity. While some prior sales experience is helpful, it is not required. The role involves enhancing an existing book of business and identifying new opportunities. You will engage with business leaders, present solutions, and manage the full sales cycle. Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A coachable, growth-oriented mindset
  • Team-first attitude with a drive to succeed
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (3 days/week)
  • Reside in or be commutable to Los Angeles County for local travel to assigned customer accounts at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM platforms.
  • Engage with business leaders, including senior decision-makers, to understand their needs.
  • Present Quadient’s solutions and support the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships that drive long-term business growth.
  • Reaching out to new and existing customers (calls, LinkedIn, email, in person meetings) to open opportunities.
  • Running discovery conversations with business leaders.
  • Demoing solutions with support from your team.
  • Building a pipeline that directly drives your earnings.
