You will manage an existing book of business while actively prospecting, balancing customer retention with new revenue growth. Requirements

  • Maintain consistent daily activity and intensity, not just occasional bursts.
  • Make 50+ calls per day and sustain a high level of outbound effort.
  • Stay accountable to performance metrics, pacing, and revenue goals.
  • Balance hunting (new business) with farming (client retention and growth).
  • Remain resilient and coachable in a prospecting-heavy environment.
  • Structure your day effectively across outreach, follow-up, and administrative tasks.

  • Stay organized while managing multiple clients, deadlines, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound sales activity (50+ calls per day).
  • Manage and grow a book of existing clients with recurring advertising needs.
  • Prospect for new business while proactively retaining and expanding current accounts.
  • Run short, transactional sales cycles with speed and accuracy.
  • Recommend and sell customized print and digital advertising solutions.
  • Handle order entry, updates, and campaign adjustments efficiently.
  • Use Salesforce and internal tools to track activity, manage pipeline, and maintain organization.
  • Balance prospecting, client communication, and administrative work throughout the day.
